Welcome Max

Max is the Director of Sport and Head of Rugby at a school in Cambridgeshire and is currently a Northampton Saints Academy and Eastern Counties senior coach. He holds an England Level 3 coaching qualification and recently took up a role with England Rugby on the Coach Education workforce.

Max says “I am both excited and honoured to take on the role of Head Coach at Wymondham. It is an exciting time to join the Club given the journey we are embarking on and I am looking forward to playing my part in enabling the players to deliver a high quality and entertaining brand of rugby. There is a great hunger and desire to begin this journey and it will be great to meet all the players, begin pre season and hear the brilliant supporters of Wymondham RFC when we take to the field”

A comment from our Chair:

“We are committed to improving the quality of coaching offered to all sections of the Club. The first stage in the process was the appointment of Tom Armes as our Director of Rugby. Since that appointment Tom and I have been conducting interviews for our senior head coaches and I am delighted to announce the appointments of Max Dominy and Jess Mclean-Wright to lead the coaching for our senior men and women respectively”
